HOME FOR THE AGED AND ORPHANAGE
Nirmalagiri also takes care of the aged ones and the orphans. The home for
the aged is run by the lay association called Society of Vincent De Paul.
These people are completely neglected by their own sons and daughters. They
are brought to this home and their needs both physical and spiritual are
much by the Vincent De Paul society mainly under the guidance of the Bishop
and the shrine director. There is also orphanage taken care of by the
religious congregation sisters called Little Apostles of Redemption (L.A.R.).
The orphan children are brought here and all their primary and education
needs are met.
